I see lash extensions as an art form, with my clients being my muse. I provide quality tailored sets to fit not only your goals but your natural lash and facial structures. If you do not cancel 24hrs in advance there is a cancellation fee of 30% the service fee. NO SHOW If there is no communication 15 mins after your appointment time you will be charged a no show fee which is 50% of the service fee. GUARANTEE If you have any issues with your extensions like; allergic reaction, extreme fall out or anything else you can contact me within the first 48hrs of your appointment. I will do my best to fix them for free or I will remove them for free. I do not offer refunds but I will do what I can to fix any issue as I strive for all of my clients to be extremely happy with their services. TRAVELING, WEDDING & EVENT LASHES If you are getting your extensions for a special occasion I recommend getting the extensions 2-4 weeks before your big day. This is to ensure that there is no allergic reaction, that you love the style, and that we don’t have issues with retention! After getting your full set you can get fills up until your event. Although I have 6 years of lashing experience, each client has different lashes and live different lives with factors that can affect the extensions retention. I would hate for anything to go wrong with your extensions during an exciting event, but with this policy I can guarantee great results! LASH EXTENSION AFTER CARE: - Brush lashes at least twice a day to keep fluffy and organized! - Wash lashes at least every other day. If you have oily skin I recommend washing more often. - Oil is NOT your friend!!!! Any cosmetics, skincare and hair care with oils can cause lash extension glue to break down faster making the lashes shed at a faster pace. - If you are swimming in the ocean, lake or chlorine water please wash your lashes as soon as possible to avoid risk of infection and/or excessive shedding. - Get fills every 2-3 weeks to keep your naturals healthy and ensure grown out lashes are removed properly! LIFT & LAMINATION AFTERCARE: - DO NOT get them wet, oiled or mascara for at least 24 hours. If you can wait 48hrs they may last even longer! - Avoid touching them with hands for at least 24hrs - After the 24-48hrs you can treat them like your normal lashes/brows! - To keep your natural lashes healthy you can apply castor oil every other day after the first 48hrs. - Return every 4-6 weeks to keep everything fresh!
